Playing together

Austin is thrilled to be able to play with Taylor. She loves her Perfectly Pink playmat she got as a gift from cousins Tia and Cooper. Austin will play with her for a good 20 minutes (which is impressive for a 3-year-old). Taylor loves her big brother an doesn't even mind his cars, trucks and airplanes all over her pretty princess stuff ;o). Our kids are the best.

Making a Splash

Austin, Taylor and I had GREAT time at the pool the other day with lots of friends. We were rained out about 30 minutes after we got there :o(, but still had a ton of fun.

Taylor slept through the pool play, and even the downpour we got stuck in. Sweet little muffin.

Aussie enjoying the water fountain.

What a little stud-muffin

How adorable is this little one? I mean come on, makes you want to have 10 right?

She said Yes!

Huge congrats to my big bro and his lovely fiancee Laura. Chris proposed on the 3rd of July on their way up to northern Maine... Congrats guys, we couldn't possibly be happier for you two. We love you!

So glad my brother found someone who will put up with his shenanigans.

We <3 Bobe and Laura

Brother Chris and Laura came for a quick visit this weekend. Any and every visit is a great visit from them! Here are a few pictures of the kids and Chris.

There came a calm

There are hundreds of moments in the day where I want to photograph my kids, but either don't have the extra hand to snap away or don't have to camera available. Most often times it's because I am trying to do three other things at the same time and just cannot get to the camera fast enough. I almost feel guilty for not getting as many photos of Taylor. Austin was much more photographed at this age, but then again I also had a lot more time to do so.....

There came a calm last night before bed time, just after dinner, where I could take a few pictures of Taylor without an interruption from a very cute little man who rules my life right now who just happened to be tired from playing with Bobe and Laura and quietly watching television in our room. Here's what I got.

Then Chris came upstairs and Austin heard he and I talking with Taylor, so Austin decided to join us in her room. I thought that since there are NO pictures of me with the two of them, that I would ask Chris to take a few of the three of us, since he did such a fab' job on the belly shots. It only took one shot and we knew we had gotten the perfect shot of a mom with her two darling babies. Here it is.

0 to 100 in less than 5 seconds! Gotta love being a mom.

Hook, line and sinker

Saucier guys

They caught their limit really quickly. Here are a couple of the first they caught.

Poor Matt.... :o)

Matt, Dave and Jamie

Oh Jamie, always good for a laugh. I guess it was raining and while everyone else remembered to bring rain gear, Jamie didn't. So he decided that rather then letting his clothes get wet, he'd strip instead. They took this before he could get his shorts off.

A couple shots the guys got when they went out on the Bay for Chris' 30th. Looks like they had a great time. I'll spare you the details as I'm not exactly sure what went on. Maybe Chris will update with his story.

This & That

Chris doing what he does best, being daddy and surfing the internet...

What a face.

My lovely little cuties

Austin's big-boy bike. "No more trike for me mom!"

Here are a few pictures that I took a couple weeks ago. A few random ones from Austin's actual birthday too. Enjoy!

Same chair, different baby

Here's some pictures of our kids, same age, same chair, same pose, different baby. I didn't realize how much they look alike until I compared these to one another. Boy are they cute.

...and some more

Here are a few more shots from the past weeks. Thanks Dana for helping get these pictures during Chris' party. We have a bunch from Chris' birthday fishing trip. Hope to get those up tonight too. Enjoy!!!

Who knew scary could be so lovely.

Cute as a cupcake

I just love the toothless grin.

Just before cake time. Austin really was not thrilled that Chris was sitting in his seat at the head of the table, notice the expression on his face.

Sweet Taylor Eve, daddy's little girl.

Becca waiting for the yummy cake goodness.

The oldest of the cousins, Josh, showing off his fast ball.

30 years down babe! These will be the best years of our life.

Anne: "Hi baby Taylor. I'm your big cousin Anne and I'm going to teach you all about fairies and princesses and lots of other fun stuff like that."

The Saucier girls - Taylor sure does look like her big cousins.

Becca did so well holding Taylor, what a big girl she's growing to be.

Pool time fun

Check out them guns!

A few new pics

Sorry for the delay in posts.... I feel like I say that with every post these days. Unfortunately when things get busy, the blog takes a back seat and things have definitely been busy the past few weeks.

Taylor Eve is growing like a weed. She's such a sweet little love, smiling all the time and just so happy to be here. Austin is learning how to be a big boy these days; crying less, wining less and really trying his best at being a big kid. We are still working hard on the potty training....some days are great and others are okay. It will click soon for him though, I know it.

I have a ton of photos from Chris' 30th birthday celebration with the Saucier side of the family. We had a great time and were pleasantly surprised by mom and dad Saucier. So glad to spend more time with you both Dana and Gloria. Will post more soon.

Love, Liz
